    i suspect it's because april SSU is not installed on the machine.

    Enthousiast has already tried installing the newer License Prep. Package, and so have others, including myself, to no avail.

    That's what I'm wondering, if the newer version is causing the issue of patches not being seen in WU. Many posters here didn't have the problem so I wouldn't know if they were using the older or newer version.

    April SSU KB4550738 is installed, so not sure what went wrong this month?

    I think it's not meant to fix WU to offer it, it's a substitute to be able to install it?

    I did a half-patch using one of the updates available, suggested by abbodi1406, and I no longer get the 399 offer.

    Right and I am saying that the patch doesn't install via the solutions offered. That is why it still remains on WU for me.
