@haz367 try to reboot i don't know why superuser fails sometimes (specially on x64) @oldsmartie v5 should be still working for Server 2008 and the standalone .NET 4 bypass too
You are doing a great job. Thank you again. please feel free to move this ⬇️ to the proper forum Next year I think TurboTax will require Windows 10. I plan to use Win 7 until 2023 on the family computers. Any suggestions how to use Win 7 to run TurboTax for tax year 2020? Thanks in advance.
guys did you receive any windows defender updates ???? i have not got one after the v8 @_@ i used to get windows defender updates every 3 days @_@
@Enthousiast And how do I do that ? How do I deactivate/uninstall my Lite KB 4528069 Package and start using ESU v9 ?
wow on win 10 and server 2019 i get windows defender updates every few hours or more every 3 days is rubbish at best
That old defender is not really a good AV (compared to the defender in 8/10) and i haven't seen a defender update since jan. 2020 myself. I will check that asap.
I have noticed this as well, but I'm using security essentials. Win7 pro 64 htpc/wmc I have updates disabled and manually check for updates every 1 to 3 days. Before v8 I received virus Def updates pretty much every day. Have not received anything (except the patch Tuesday updates) since installing v8. Not overly concerning, just interesting.
Do you think abbodi1406 regularly updates the first page and "ReadME" "From great love" to writing? It is necessary to read, there will be fewer questions: * Remarks v9-LiveOS-Setup. cmd will remove BypassESU-v4 if detected and redefine later versions if present (v8 - LiveOS-Setup. cmd will remove BypassESU-v4 if detected and redefine BypassESU-v5 / BypassESU-v6 / KB4528069-Lite if available) What are you waiting for the second day, some special permission? Or do you have v9 (aka v8) does not work?
Just run v9 and install it's ESU patcher, no need for removing Lite-KB4528069 to have it working. I've tested it for Lite-KB4528069 and v7 users, all works fine on v9 installed over them.
i did remove the ESU and DOT.NET after running the v9 then i installed both and i got updates for windows defender xD
Thank you for the Answers and sorry if I was upsetting anyone. English is not my native Language so it is not so easy to understand all that. @Enthousiast Thank you very much
