Assuming I'm going to update Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit to October 2020, and it's already completely up to date to January 2020, and I'm going to use only BypassESU-v9 to do it, are these the correct updates and in the correct order?

May 2020 servicing stack update (KB4555449)

July 2020 ESU licensing preparation package (KB4575903)

    BypassESU-v9 (full installation)

August 2020 servicing stack update (KB4570673)

October 2020 security monthly quality rollup (KB4580345)

October 2020 servicing stack update (KB4580970)

Only the ESU updates after using the bypass will be new now.

You should be able to directly use the Oct. SSU instead of using one of the older ones.

So I can go directly from BypassESU-v9 to the October 2020 security monthly quality rollup and then to the October 2020 servicing stack update?

Install the prerequisite updates, as you did show, run the bypass v9 and install the ssu from oct. 2020 and the rollup + .net updates.

I'm using BypassV8 and roll up and dotnet installed fine. I did not receive KB4580970 and this on multiple machines

Did you reboot the PCs and check for Windows updates again? You know, bypass version 9 is up to date?

Things happen. Until the November updates are released, the conversation: "do I need ServicingStack 6.1.7601.24561 (KB4580970) or not" - is an empty conversation.
    P.S.:
For the October updates, ServicingStack version 6.1.7601.24554 (KB4555449) was sufficient.

Well, my family just bought a new computer tower for me to use, and it's got Win10 installed on it. So, this means I will no longer be using the Win7 computer tower anymore; I've been told the Win7 tower I've been using up until now will be put into "retirement" (as an older brother put it). In other words, the tower may likely be scrapped for parts or something.

So, I would like to thank everyone whose been involved with creating & updating the software published at the beginning of this thread, as well as those willing to help out the members that have had quite the trouble since the bypass was first distributed.. You've been a great help to all of us.

In conclusion, I would like to bid you all a fond farewell.

It's still linked at at the OP:
It's not specifically for v9 but it still is accurate.

The ESU updates overview still isn't updated.

    Paste this into the search:
    Windows 7 2020-10

Change -10 to whatever month you need. 10 is October.

Both updates sailed through with v9

Is it still recommended to remove either the ESU Suppressor or the .NET Bypass after WU installation?

Only when you encounter problems with msieexec it can solve them.
