    You have to install KB4575903 (ESU Licensing Preparation Package)

    Just first try the fixes mentioned here (specifically the WU reset stuff #3 and #4):

    Just an observation: I notice Thin PC Evaluation (which is a version of WES7) is able to get current updates through WU (02-2021) without modifications. It is still supported version of Embedded. Could this be used somehow on WES7 to trick and receive updates? The product trial key is in the ISO. I know it requires more than the key though. DISM lists Thin PC specific licensing packages.

    Anyway just letting you know.

    Yes, POSReady 7 and Thin PC are still supported without ESU until October 2021

    like i said, WU detectoid check for installed WES7 ESU keys to offer ESU updates

    you could test adding one of these registry keys, see if that trick WU
    Code:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\POSReady]
    "Version"="7.0"

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\THINPC]
    "Version"="7.0"

    It won't hurt to try them, but you can also try to use the separate .NET 4 Bypass, check the OP for info/link.

    Before using the separate .NET 4 Bypass... should I uninstall its option in BypassESU-v11 (option [6])?

    In my case.

    File NDP48-KB4600944.msp (C:\45316719608da5925ffa07dbdc7c\NDP48-KB4600944.msp), failed authentication. (Error = -2146762495). It is recommended that you delete this file and retry setup again.

    Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x800B0101)

    Could be that we are getting close to the March update that it causing that time error? Because I have the January update and everything worked fine until now. I think I will just skip this update and install the upcoming update that will come in a few days from now.
