Security–only installed on Windows 7 Pro no problem. Also, with bypass v12 both net updates installed: kb5022874 kb5022835 kb5022530 kb5022509 On that Mozilla thread a developer suggested that Firefox will continue to run through 115esr so with that it means potentially another year and a half of full support. Thanks again to all those who made this possible.
Moin Tony Tough! Manually download and install the updates via "catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=x64 7 2023"
Does it mean with the BypassESU-v12, you can continue applying updates from February 2023 on Windows 7 ultimate with "2023-02 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Embedded Standard 7 for x64-based Systems (KB5022872)"?
then there should be a guide in the first post stating such.... since it's still unclear and i had to dig through posts for such.
I see just updates released 2/14 for Windows Embedded Standard 7 & Windows Server 2008 R2 but I have normal Windows 7 (home).
To be clear on the procedure: With Windows 7 Professional SP1 (or Ultimate) and BypassESU-v11 with all ESU updates as of January 2023, after installing Bypass v12.0, can you download Windows Embedded Standard 7 updates every month and install them manually? And is it the same for all .NET updates?
Does anyone anticipate other problems due to the fact that these updates are designed for Windows Embedded Standard 7 and being applied to Windows 7 Pro etc.?
They are not x64 updates are identical to Server 2008 R2 updates all previous ESU updates are identical for all all updates had been always binary identical between Windows 7 Client / Embedded, except few specific updates that apply to each one alone
