They have to be shared by someone who has access to ESU channel of updates. They are NOT going to be available on the public channel (ignore people who is saying otherwise)
Considering that the ESU test update is available on catalog and it checks for ESU compatibility, else it won't install, the ESU updates probably will be made available on catalog too, and if not, then there probably will be people who know where to find them
Hey there, When installing the test patch, KB4528069, the installer got hung up and wouldnt progress and after about 30 minutes I cancelled it to try again. Now it just fails the install. Should I try reinstalling the bypass?
This update is only a test ESU update, only to confirm that the bypass successfully installed or not, it has no other function.
The failure you mentioned is probably more windows update/system related, it scans the system before it starts installing but it should not hang, it should show a "failed" message.
Reinstalled bypass, now letting the test patch install. Hasn't failed yet, but its been at about 90% for 10 minutes
I'm confused. Why would one uninstall/reinstall the bypass if it's already installed successfully in the first place?
Well, earlier on in this thread, some stated, from their point of view, that it's only necessary to have the bypass installed when you're going to install the ESUs after downloading them once Microsoft starts publishing/distributing them. I suppose it's up to each individual user whether or not they want to have the bypass installed when not installing ESUs.
Hello, I am a newbie. I have downloaded Bypass ESU v4.7z. I have unzip it and I have a bin folder and others installer.bat and remover.bat etc.... First I would appreciate if you could tell me where I could download the KB4528069 test update together with the test. What to do with the bin folder?? As already said I am a newbie and this represents a mountain to climb. I am a French Canadian trying to get around with English but it is not easy. Many thanks in advance for your help.
Used BypassESU-v4.7z Windows 7 Ultimate Eneterprise Activation BypassESU-v4.7 used slc.dll Issues after install: - Komm's KUC is choking now and trustedinstaller is stuck along with DISM, conhost and DISM Host. - The test update, KB4528069, seems to do the same thing and sit with trustedinstaller jerking off for hours. I think there may be an issue. At some point I'll try reverting it and see if KUC can finish again. KUC was never run with "remove" option, so both WU and KUC can keep working.
Ok, I have a question about Microsoft's upcoming fix for the wallpaper "stretch" option problem with Windows 7... Will we need to temporarily uninstall the bypass in order to get the wallpaper stretch problem fix when Microsoft publishes/distributes it?
