    Hallo hamdoullah!

On my Windows 7 Pro systems only Security Only Updates are installed...

The February SSU causes the bypass to stop working, so when you installed it after the other updates, it won't work next month, the bypass needs to be updated.

I have been trying to install "2020-02 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4537820)" but it rolls back the update after rebooting.

All Microsoft updates published today (February) installed and working properly with BypassESU-v4, including Internet Explorer 11. Thanks to everyone and especially @abbodi1406 (and so many others) for their work for allowing us to continue using Windows 7.

First, I installed the Extended Security Updates (ESU) License Preparation Package (KB4538483), I rebooted the system and then installed the rest of the updates.

Thank you very much once more and congratulations! (Windows 7 Ultimate x64).

Is most llkely meant for people with an official ESU key installed, not for the bypass users.

Thank you for confirming that it's either the Security-only or the monthly rollup. It really confused me when reading that most installed both of them.

I fear that, however, once the updates are installed, with or without KB4538483, we will not be able to use BypassESU-v4 because it will have been disabled.

ok i get a little confused about updates for group A and group B.

from what i undertstood , group A refers to monthly rollup KB4537820 and group B refers to security updates only which are KB4537813, KB4537829 and KB4537767, correct ?

i just installed KB4537820 and KB4537829 as @abbodi1406 suggested me to do.

from what i read, it is recommanded to join group B to have much less snooping updates installed, correct ?

Sor for now i belong to group A, correct ?

So now what should i do to leave group A and join group B ?

If i'm correct, if i want to join group B i need to uninstall KB4537820 then install KB4537813 and KB4537767, correct ?

if someone can answer and make these things clearer, that would be nice.

Reporting: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, bypass v4
I can't install any ESU updates at all. (UPDATE: Actually YES - see below - EDIT)

The rollup and security-only updates fail quickly with the error "The Windows Modules Installer must be updated before you can install this package".
I have all the previous Windows updates, I've never skipped any.

EDIT: Solved! The January 2020 servicing stack update (KB4536952) must be installed first. It was not offered over WU (for me), so I had to install it manually.

If I install the February servicing stack update first (KB4537829), the rollup and security-only updates start installing, but then fail after reboot, as already reported by others.

So to recap: you need the January SSU, but not the February SSU. The February one breaks the current (v4) bypass.

Also, a couple of fun facts:
    1. The February servicing stack update (KB4537829) can be installed without the bypass.
    2. The February servicing stack update (KB4537829) can't be uninstalled easily. (Neither the January one.) So be careful and/or see this post.
So this seems like a deliberate attempt to kill the bypass.

With Monthly Rollups installed you belong to Group A indeed.
For Group B install next month Security Only or like you said uninstall this months Rollup and install the Security only.
    Thats it :)

Its good that Microsoft still offers that choice, they could go for the Monthly Only..

Did you install SSU KB4536952 in January? It's the one the bypass works with. Maybe yours was older. Try to install it, don't know if that works to downgrade it but worth a try.
