For the time being, this is the only update that needs the bypass to be installed, when this update is installed successfully, then you can remove the bypass and install the other ESU updates in the correct order, SSU>Rollup or SSU>Security Only + MSIE CU.
It's great that the others have done everything perfectly without problems. In fact, I lost all my files and I'm pretty frustrated. I don't know if I'm going to install Windows 10 because I seem to have Windows reinstallation ahead.
Can someone point me to abbodi1406's post that explains the process to uninstall KB4537829? Many thanks, M.
ok. here is just a reference to confirm that in presence of the so-called ESU test update KB4528069 things around ESU install & Bypass v4 like installation process & afterwards updates' search are going a bit faster & smoothly. then pls don't uninstall! rgds,
Hi, thanks a lot for the bypass!!! I successfully installed KB4537820 only, and after recheck windows update, it offers: KB2676562 KB3123479 KB2952664
KaranoKyoukai said: ↑ "So wait, can you install KB4537813 manually without having to use the bypass?" Maybe I'm wrong, but I understood KaranoKyoukai's question to mean "without EVER having to use the bypass." To me it appears you think he meant something like "... once you use the bypass and install the old test ESU successfully, you can then uninstall the bypass." My negative reply was based upon my understanding.
You have to use the bypass at least one time. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...pdates-eligibility.80606/page-61#post-1577521
Got it, so, it goes like this: 1. Install bypass v4 2. Install KB4528069 (unlocks ESU, you can uninstall the bypass after that if you want) 3. Install KB4537813 4. (Optional) install KB4537767 if you use Internet Explorer 11 Do not install KB4537820 or any other rollups to avoid telemetry. Do I get it right?
