    Ill install the SSU anyway. Ill repeat this on another 7 I have. What order should I get? SSU first

    Order of updates doesn't matter, but i always install SSU first.

    I decided not to install Feb SSU, for the time being. A "uninstallable" MS update may be a potential source of further not predictable issues, by its very nature. But it is only my own opinion.
    Awaiting further March updates...

    It doesn't say you "need to"; it says you "can".

    So better to hold off installing the SSU for now and just installing the rollup update for now?

    Again, if you decide to not install feb SSU, you won't be able to install next march Rollup ESU.

    He can just enter the kb number in the searchbox on the "Installed updates" window.

    And no need to uninstall anything if the bypass installed KB4528069, all is ok then.

    And another thing, he ran the offline installer, that is for offline integrating it in a mounted wim.
