I have problems that "Cache Hierarchy error" floods event viewer every 2min. Everything seems to work ok, no bsods or crashes but alot warnings on event viewer. I have tested system memories and used several Diagnostic Tools outside windows to test like PC-CHECK. All of them says my hardware works.

I have tried also download latest drivers, intel chipset, realtek hd.

Motherboard: Asus P5w DH DELUXE with latest bios
    Processor: Intel Q6600 G0
    OS: Windows 7 x64

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

    Reported by component: Processor Core
    Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
Error Type: Generic Cache Hierarchy Error
    Processor ID: 0
