    Hi all,

I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC with Office Possessional plus 2019 installed.

I have 3 email accounts. 2 Gmail and 1 Microsoft live account added to outlook.

I want the default account to be one of the Gmail accounts, so when outlook starts it opens with this accounts inbox showing. My problem is that the Microsoft Live account automatically installs as exchange with Cached Exchange mode activated and defaults as the main account.

I have tried disabling Cached Exchange mode via outlook settings but the tick box is Greyed out.

2 other methods already tried are using the registry (NoOST) but none of the required reg keys exist and using Gpedit and again I cannot even find the required entries to enable/disable.

So I am now stuck and feel the only solution may be to remove the live account and use that via the Mail app but far from a satisfactory solution.

    Thanks in advance. Jim
