You can only do it if you have a 64bit cpu. Plus 64bit os is not worth it if you do not have 4gb ram. If you do, run the tool above.
Must change and find a motherboard that support the 64 bit CPU that you will buy .. So ... you will need 1 - Motherboard suppot 64bit 2 - CPU that support 64bit extentions 3 - No less than 4 GB ram 4 - a 64 bit operating system If you need anything please ask . Oh.. You can not switch between the OS such as from a machine running 32bit OS ( windows ) without making sure that your machine support the 64 bit , And if your machine support 64 bit and all looks good you can just format your windows and setup a 64 bit OS ..
