    First,thank all of you for come to help me.i am a chinese student,and english is not very well.
    Oh....generally speaking,i need a iso file of windows 8.1 corecountryspecific 32bit,if anybody have this file,i hope he can share with me,and thanks alot!

    thank you for your help,but i didn't find this version:corecountryspecific...
    i remember the build number is 6.3.9600.17050.

    i find an esd file,and i want to create an iso file,should i replace install.wim with that esd file?and can this iso file boot and install normally?
