Can anyone give me these registry tweaks?

Add Device Manager=Enable
Add Services=Enable
Registry Editor=Enable

[Explorer Views]
Show Super Hidden Operating System Files=Enable

[Security]
Anti spyware=Disable
UAC=Disable
Windows Firewall=Disable
    Edit: I found all the tweaks.


    But I still have a question:

    How can I add User Tweaks (not Machine Tweaks) before user login?
