No. But you can install Windows 7 and activate with modded BIOS or loader (MBR only) and upgrade to Windows 10 for free. After upgrading you can do a cleaninstall, also with UEFI, because the activation-hash is stored on MS-servers, you need only network-connection for activating.
And if you have access to ANY Win 7 Pro OEM sticker (ie on old case laying around), then you can use this key (providing it was unused?) to activate clean install of Win 10 WITHOUT the need to install Win 7 first!
Wait, you can't use Windows 7 OEM:COA keys on Windows 10. Sorry, I forgot - you can actually use it while installing, but it can't be used afterwards as the pkeyconfig doesn't contain those ranges.
Well, I never tried when installing, but once installed I just filled the key into Activation Wizard & worked perfectly fine, used 1511 iso x64 sebus
