Hi! Is it safe to change existing windows password? I did so once and noticed all encrypted files lost the access. I've read also some articles about EFS certificate being tied with account password, so that file encryption is only valid for same certificate and password. If that's true, how can I change my account password without losing ability to access encrypted files?
