Simple answer, if Mac is new'ish then Yes Longer answer, as long as Mac is Intel based then Yes it will run ANY version of Windows you want, the 2007 MacBook's can run Win10 - though bit on slow side, newest 2015 MacBook Retina (USB C) can run Win3.1 - I have seen it!!!! There are different ways of installing OS's on Mac, Modern Linux works quite well with the Mac EFI to install a dual-boot system, Bootcamp can be used for Windows (some modifications required for some macs / windows) or you can wipe MacOS off completely and install your OS just like a PC.
Research goes a long way. In my honest opinion a simple search on your favorite search engine could have given you the answer to the question that was asked. For example, I went to google, and I typed "can i install windows on a mac" which yielded plenty of results. The article from howtogeek.com's website seems to go pretty in depth as far as installing Windows on an Apple computer.
I did install Windows 7 or Windows XP on MacBook (Pro) but have never tried Linux on MacBook. MacBook has BootCamp drivers officially supporting Windows.
