Can someone explain this Firewall entries?

    Can someone explain these entries and shall I disable them or not? Mind you I login to Windows 10 using a local account:

    my bad. It is fully integrated into windows. You will have to test blocking it and see if it breaks anything

    it seems to be used to help connect apps through other devices The AllJoyn framework comprises AllJoyn Apps and AllJoyn Routers, or Apps and Routers for short. Apps communicate with Routers and Routers communicate with Apps. Apps can only communicate with other Apps by going through a Router.

    Apps and Routers can live on the same physical device, or on different devices. this from the link,like i said i had to google it,if you read it you'd know about the same as me.
