You screwed up there, seems you stripped off version information etc...with other words you corrupted the executable.
What is the exact version you are looking for? Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 R2 with SP1?

BTW you can also save yourself the hassle and simply install Windows Loader, since Windows Loader 2.0.4 it supports Hyper-V
