Does anyone have a 1B module with a 2.3 SLIC that will work with 6.1.7601.18231? It has been a few years since I created my 2.1 SLIC and I am a bit confused with the new MSDM ACPI table and any differences with 2.3 from 2.1. I have 6.3.9600.17090 with 2.3, can I cut the 1B module from it and use it in 6.1.7601.18231, or are the versions too different? I have gone back through all 66 pages a few times now and not seen a direct answer if there are differences in the versions. I also have seen posts with 1B modules but with links that no longer had files. I would prefer Dell SLIC's as it is more universal for my needs but it is not a deal breaker if I can get an example I can study, learn from, and create my own.
What are the 1B module offsets for 6.3.9600.17393? Any method to easily identify the 1B module like with older release? TIA, [fs]
