Hi, Whenever I start my computer and hit F8' I get the expected menu. Still, selecting any of the Safe Mode options leads to a renewed reboot, this following the activization of my items. The system gets stuck after completing mup.sys. This problem exists in my computer some months. It was analyzed by both IBM and MS help-line, and has never been solved. Can you suggest a solution? A effective program for analyzing XP problems? Any tip will be appreciated and tested.
