k so they gave me my computer back... and i downloaded windows 8 pro... and i used a usb drive to put the iso file inside of it with the boot system in there.... but when i plug it in my computer it still does nothing... i read in an article i had to press a button to boot from a drive and i cant boot it...
ok so the only way to boot from usb, is to be logged in... and since i cant log in it wont work... pressing F2, F7, or Delete button wont worked because those only work for ones, that have installed windows 8, but had another operating system before... and since mine is pre-installed i have to go to settings from inside windows... any other way to boot from USB drive outside of windows???
You´ll have to make the pen drive bootable, did you? If so change the boot priority to boot from usb drive first.
K i figured out why i could go to the BIOS menu... its because im using a USB keyboard.... i have to use one of the old keyboard with the purple socket thingy at the end... k im able to do it now... it shows the menu were it says what language: English after that it says INSTALL NOW and on the lower left corner it says repair... i tried basically all the options.. restore computer, reset computer files, auto fix, repair, and install, all the ones in trouble shoot... after i try to restore my computer back into an older time period.. it says restoring please wait... then i lose signal from my monitor.... i did it with all the possible options....
i already tried installing fresh..... after i click install it shows me which windows 8 and then it starts installing and it loses signal.... the computer shuts down...
... it looses signal? Do you remotely install over a big lake or something? I never lost signal when doing it on board of my machines ...
Hmm..never faced such a behavior. As it´s a machine bought not long ago, you should have a bill for it. Either contact support of the manufacturer or go get an working replacement. In your case it seems your parents should do this.
first it loses tv signal... then after 1 minute it shuts down automatically and when i turn it on it stays the same...
this thread goes to somewhere but not to the original matter of how boot into safe mode. If a TV signal cannot be received due to any unknown reason, I/we cannot solve this here and only can be dug into on location ... Guess this is no deal for MDL at all
