    Hello!

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate with SP1 and I had Office 2013 installed and I had to uninstall because of activation.

I tried to install again but no success.

Tried to install Office 2010 but no success again.

I get this error: "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 encountered an error during setup."

Also tried O15CTRRemove.diagcab but it says: "Microsoft Office MSI Suite is installed"

Tried MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.RNP.5333700842103376.3.1.Run.exe and no success :(

What can I do to solve this issue?

Where can I find the error log for Office installation?

    Thanks!

The uninstall may not have uninstalled all the Office files and folders (doesn't include any existing Docs) . Simply, click Start Menu then click Computer. Click Windows OS. Go down the list to Program Files and Program x86 Files. Delete any folders that have to do with M/S Office in the OS and try installing Office again. I've encountered this same problem in the past. In order to do a fresh install, the OS has to be cleared of all previous files and folders related to what you're installing.
