Can't install Windows 7 Service Pack 1! HELP!

    I'm updating my Windows 7 Home Premium to SP1 but it keeps ketting stuck everytime. 1st I tried the windows update and it got stuck at 9% and it got frozen. Then I tried the download link from Windows and it got stuck at 50%. Now I'm using the Windows Readiness tool and it's stuck at 75%. What can I do to prevent this/make sure it ends?

    Have you tried allowing Windows Update to do the updates, one at a time?
