After failing all the time, these worked February 9, 2021-KB4601050 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Mar KB4023057: Update for Windows 10 Update Service components And then this failed every day May 11, 2021—KB5003173 (OS Builds 19041.985 and 19042.985)
Lot of Cumulative Update working & failing. Since feb, fail in Mar Apr. Then one worked. Then fail again. Then 1 work. Then fail every day again. This year changed GPU, SSD in the PC. Copied over w/o reinstalling.
All "cumulative updates for Windows 10" keep failing with 0x8007000d This is even though this is a fresh install last year. Drivers, definitions, .net cumulative, all others work. Updated a few hardware like nvme and GPU, but otherwise it all works fine.
