Cant turn off Windows Defender . .Admin priveleges needed

    hi I dont know if it was 22h2 but i cant turn off windows defender . it says Aministrator priviledges needed .
    Button is gereyed out . I am an administrator. any idea to fix this.

    oddly google doesnt have good answers.

    i dont have a virus

    Maybe should start with which button is greyed out.
    And then talk about how can you be an administrator without administrator rights? If you're the real administrator, then use your rights. Or if you can't, then why and who disables?

    You need to disable the antitamper first.
