If I remember correctly the KMS response contains the current value of the activation counter. So sending requests until that one reaches the target should suffice.
Imagine i set up a scheduled task to run once a day, there is no need to send 25 request each run (and it should be quicker) If thats the case, that sounds more eliglble to me
Why would you like make it specialised for use with KMSMicro? A generic approach in my opinion would be better, the 'real' enthusiasts won't be using KMSMicro but use a KMS server in VMware or Hyper-V (take a look at the KMS topic and notice how many true mdl members switched back to VMware or Hyper-V solutions) KMSMicro just ain't working well...to many little bugs/incompatibilities) Scheduled task, or autostart on boot..it all doesn't differ that much.
ATM Backup would provide the same . Tested with Win + Office 2010 Host fully charged on Win 8 Enterprise.
Hate? No I (and a read quite a few more) simply don't use KMSmicro KMSmicro is excellent for the lurkers out here who don't like to learn a thing and don't have any interest in the technology used behind... MDL once was a technology forum, not lurkers heaven!
I meant that it would be cool, if somebody would share such a backup with us.... Btw, activated my Office 14 Host with a key from a MS trainigs video . C Key would be a dream.
One day... the top thingy in my signature picked up 5 KMS client Host keys this far, so it can't be true nobody ever checks a KMS Host C key there someday, would it?
Something like this?
