Another one Code: Registered KMS machine name: theliel.dnsd.info:62000 KMS machine extended PID: 05426-00206-152-154756-03-2052-9200.0000-2422012
Recently I installed Windows 7 Enterprise on a virtual machine and it was activated by KMSFull 2.01. Just now, I did an online validation and it failed I got the same message about the KMS key being blocked by Microsoft. So KMSFull 2.01 doesn't work anymore? I did a rearm thing by typing slmgr -rearm and then activated again using KMSFull 2.01 and it worked fine, then did the online validation thing again and the machine is now not activated anymore... Is there a newer KMSFull version? Or is there a way to change the host kms key inside KMSFull? Thanks.
KMS activation for non-legitimated users seems to be at MS wanted list, "dead or alive", so it´s definitly a matter of time only.
Just a dumb question: even though a KMS Host Key is blocked, can I (supposedly) continue to use it for Windows Server 2012 Datacenter? The thing that Microsoft has done for Windows Servers, from 2003 to 2008 R2, is that once it is activated, it is not validated against WGA, therefore, I can use that as opposed to Windows 8? (I do not play games, only install "normal" things like Office, Visual Studio, SQL, Skype, Browsers, VLC, Adobe Products, Malwarebytes' Anti-malware) - assuming that Microsoft is not focusing on server cracking, does that mean I can download all updates from Windows Update, and have the peace of mind that I will never be detected?
M$ blocked the HOST Keys (Windows 7, 8, 2012). WGA is a built-in function on Windows 8/2012. Microsoft hasn't released an ONLINE VALIDATION method so far. All we can do is play the waiting game.
As WAT is a part of Win 8, it´s a good question, whether an online validation will appear. Inbuild WAT can be updated via Windows Update and even silently, MS proved the latter by closing the ProWMC tokens swap loophole without an update.
It would be very easy for Microsoft to fully enforce KB971033 policies. But: Microsoft doesn't want people running unpatched machines. it's better for Microsoft to keep people hooked into their ecosystem than frighten them into Linux / LibreOffice. Big buck$ for Microsoft are in MS EA and it's better for Microsoft for employees to be skilled in Microsoft products than to start asking their superiors or IT-dept for Linux / LibreOffice combo they are accustomed to. If people get weaned of MSFT, they'll also start resisting to pay OEM licenses that come with new machines. Microsoft doesn't like losing money to "non-paying" customers, but an even bigger money loser for them would be to frighten users into FOSS.
I understand that this is more of an online validation problem, but, like I said, what I fear the most is Microsoft might start implementing WGA online validation on Windows Server 2012. I am playing with this because it has never done anything on previous Server OSes like 2003, 2008 or 2008 R2. I think you are missing a point, it is impossible for WGA to be built into a version of Windows, because without it being connected to the Internet, there is no way to tell if a copy of Windows is genuine or not. Anyway, worst comes to worst, I have valid MAKs floating around, I guess I can use those if I get caught by WGA, I just do not want to use them unless I absolutely have to.
hello guys, I couldn't activate my PC with this method (using CMD), so I used Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.3, is my windows activated? and does Microsoft toolkit uses this method to activate machines? thanks a lot
