Cell phone model with video recording VGA @30/15 fps

    Hi,
    I am looking for a cell phone model which can record video with VGA resolution at 30/15 fps
    I would be happy to have a cell phone which can provide good quality recording at the above specification even if other features like maps, gps, 3g, email etc are not present

    TV output is nice to have feature, not a absolute must

    My budget is INR 15000.
    Please suggest a good model

    well what carrier are you looking for...Are you cdma , gsm, or a world phone? cdma i would say touch pro as of right now. has all that you ask...as well as video out..

    yup... touch pro would probably be the smartest choice as of now..

    Samsung S5200 is a good phone, with 3.2 mega pixcel camera, and the video recording is also good for this.
