Hello I do not know if this is the right place to post this question here but bugger it ! I have been looking into CA cert's and was interested in making a DNS auth server and would like some information on how to implement cert's and get them authored. Do i do that by myself on the said DNS auth sever that I make ? In layman's terms . ie as simple as possible. One thing I would like to know is If i copy a cert. from a site. is it the same as the issuer cert for that site or dose it have to be auth from like say symantec or verisign ? I have not come across this in any thread on mdl If this is the wrong place pls show link to said info i am looking for on mdl pls ty

Hi sebus. sorry got myself confused a little UI ment a CA auth server not DNS but it all tie's in with each other it's ok now have some info now and will repost what I am trying to achieve when i achieve it lol Anyhow ty bud ... also you know what i am trying to achieve. smug grin.
