Change Retail to OEM?

    Is it possible to change polish Retail Windows 7 x86 Ultimate version to OEM?
    To do it, Should I:
    1. Modify my BIOS to 2.1 SLIC?
    2. Install the Toshiba certificate (my laptop is Toshiba)
    3. Install the ultimate oem key 22TK-*****- ??

    Or should I have an oryginal ISO OEM Ultimate and then install form this ISO?

    Please, help

    All versions of windows 7 are the same except enterprise open up the iso with say UltraIso and just delete the ei.cfg file from the Sources folder then burn or save iso then you can install any version.
