After ran the script, got slmgr (win7) error I tried the script on two of my testing win7 box (x86 & x64). After that, the slmgr no longer working. screen shot: Script: c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs line: 1131 char: 5 error: 0xC004F012 code: C004F012 source (null) Is there any way to restore/correct whatever the script changed? Thanks.
v0.7 worked fine for me on an older laptop I have. 100% pass as opposed to the one fail I was getting on my other computer. Also seems to be a bit more streamlined now. Only "complaint" I have is that the password is a pain to enter but I guess that could be considered a safeguard. Thanks again anemeros!
I agree with version .7 seeming a lot more streamlined. For some reason it just seemed to go quicker and smoother. Must have removed a lot of garbage code that made it take longer and wasn't necessary. I don't know for sure, all I do know is that this guy is one hell of a coder to put this stuff together so quickly. Oh and your little complaint as you call it about the password being a pain... just copy and paste it. There's no reason to have to type it in letter by letter. ;-)
I actually did do that. It was just a bit of extra work as most passwords are usually something I can quickly type. I also hate using copying text in PDF files for some reason. It's not really a big deal. I'm just that lazy...
0.7 was completely redone from scratch. The code difference between 0.6 and 0.7 is like night and day. Thanks for noticing!
vista will version 0.7 work with vista? also i have already received message about time has expired and received a "not genuine" message, should i reload vista? I did try this first item in list failed, i beleive this was the multi user everything else passed or was ok, after reboot i could no longer get to start, or open the text log files.
