Yeah...but a quick Google search reveals Advantech having a taste of the early versions of Windows 10 LTSC 2021 / 2022 ...probably IoT version maybe...but no luck for us as no leaks...
Bill is busy peddling his death shots. Back on topic, I still haven't seen anything convincing me it will be released in "two days", but maybe then, or pretty soon after hopefully.
Iirc there was once one and only that one leaked, an OEM ISO, it was leaked by the wzor group. Considering the supposed leak, most likely it's a homebrew ISO, based on the info provided here at MDL.
I hope it comes soon, there's a chance I might move back to windows 10 LTSC on my main machine. If they release this before end of Dec I will be moving back to 10 for now.
Guys.... I know it is dumb but... is there a difference between Windows Enterprise LTSC 2021 and Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 ???
Windows Enterprise LTSC 2021 -> kms volume activation capable 5 years support max , Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 -> OEM activation only not kms capable / 10 years support
Nice. I will still pass on 11 for now. Now, I am waiting for Win10 LTSC 2021 so that I can finally get past 3 years of cumulative updates.
So, if I understand correctly, the only difference between regular LTSC and IoT LTSC is just liscencing ? Do we effectively have an LTSC release already then ? Forgive any rookie mistakes, I'm a bit of a newbie here. EDIT : Wait, why bother with waiting for enterprise LTSC when IoT LTSC is effectively the same ?
