Hi their I would like to know if its possible to do complete clean to go back to windows 8.0? I would also like to ask where can I get the oem windows 8 from for hp laptop? I hear that my laptop the key is bios saved and to activate my laptop all i do is to put my key back in ones I have installed windows and it would activate is that correct? I would also like to merge the other recovery drive which I think is waste of my 20 gb and would like to merge this to my one drive so how can I do this? I ran in to some issue with Emsisoft on windows 8.1 as it keep telling me I have a vires in registry and when it tried to clear from the registry it just does nothing happens so I have decided to go back to 8.0 where it was working fine but it could be that I may have had a few vires that I cleaned up and It might just need to reinstall os but I would like to know what do you think? should I go back to 8.0 or should i install 8.1? Also can some tell me where can I get oem windows 8 dvd and 8.1 dvd for my HP Pavilion g6-2210sa. Also does any one knew what windows version I am running HP Pavilion g6-2210sa?
use MS's Windows 8 multiple edition ISO Code: EN_WINDOWS_8_X64_DVD_915440.ISO it will see your key and install either core or professional depending on the key. As far as going back to Win8 instead of Win8.1, you will be forced eventually to go to 8.1 anyway.
How do you find out what version im running as Belarc Advisor did not say. I dont see pro anywhere so does this mean I am on core? How do I find out?
