(CLOSED, moving on) wifi is not automatically enabled in w10 safemode at reboot

    You're right actually.

    With windows 7 it was possible, not anymore with windows 10.
    I've try it on a laptop with 7 no problem
    Same test with win 10 not working. My bad.
