Considering the Windows OS is coded for such a large amount of hardware devices and software programs, it is inevitable that there will be bugs. There are not many, if any, options for an OS that will cater to such a large array of devices and software. Many problems in the Windows OS is from poor coding of drivers from the device manufacturer. There is not any software that does not have a bug in it, including Windows.
Yesterday MS released the official ESD thru WU, downloadable from the official microsoft servers. And if "some" official says Nov. 12th than it's Nov 12th redmond timezone.

If you use a computer--doesn't matter what OS it is or who makes your hardware--you are a "test rat" to some degree because bug-free software isn't possible on planet Earth. That said, if you want to use a computer then you can buy your software from a company that is constantly A) perfecting its software and attempting to make it better or B) bragging about how perfect its software is (lying) and then trying to perfect it and make it better from behind closed doors (There are no other choices.)

don't know realy . just upgraded my windows 8.1 with media creation tool and after upgrade version (winver) showed up as 10586.0 lets see what tomorrow brings .good night
Hold your horses I seen this before too many times with Service packs in the past where final touches or removal of core files get altered or replaced within the service pack this is real possibility going to happen here with the new wave th2 just don't want to burst your bubble, you could be getting a brand new build then 10640 All depends how the r&d rolled and if everyone is happy to sign off on the new wave update or not remember wind ten is behind 3 years regarding driver vendors and dev
