I wonder if they'll release another insider build, and label it as final, like 10240.
And if they going to send it via WU, it means that insiders will go from th2 channel to redstone early stages? There's no TH3, Am I right? :tea:

Anyway the ride is coming all over again. Can't wait to TH2

I hope they fix the Num Lock on this Windows 10. It does not activate when turning on the PC.

Oh man, these stupid bugs

    Windows 10 smells like beta.

As many articles said, TH2 was the original Windows 10 planned for July 29 release. Due to various reasons, an uncompleted Windows 10 was released and now they've their own time to fix all bugs and add as many as features they can.

Why release a beta OS as full? I don't get it...

They had to release it the way they did in July because of the pressure of OEMs.
As time goes on bugs will continue to be removed and the OS will then become more stable.
    ---> It's not a beta. <---
Wait till the next release happens like a week from now, and then it will be better...

Windows Redstone is in development, so Threshold 2 won't be the final version :)) The final version of Win 10 will release in 2025 :D

TechNet? I believe M$ retired it sometime ago?
    Maybe on MSDN, though.

What are big changes in this update? Were there any performance improvements? So far I only heard BAD things about performance actually getting worse with these updates.

I mean, the intended version, the stable RTM/Final version.

    You do not yet understood.

Microsoft releases Windows 10 on July 29, a incomplete and unstable version.

So, this November release, is the "right" release?

Seems like the problem is your original question in the first place. Windows will be contumely updated with no final version.

Will TH2 fix what ever problems you have? Who knows, there is no "right" release.

On my testsystems and vm's i haven't experienced any problems at all, only the pre-release update kb...681 gave some problems, uninstalled and hidden it and ms swiftly solved it by releasing the ZDP kb...683.

Problems only you experience are mostly of your own cause ;)
