    Group Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Component -> Data Collection and Preview Builds -> Allow Telemetry -> Edit -> Enable -> And set to 0

    ^^^^ Yep murphy found it a long while back, believe an enterprise install maybe required, does it actually do anything ;)?
