Yes, that's what I would like to do too!

For example, you download an exe. and in the info on the download page, they show you the md5 of the exe....
so you then drag the exe into program, and it shows you the md5, but how to compare with the md5 on the site page?

some other hash check apps, let you copy the md5 text from the site, and then paste into program to compare to md5 of exe.

I think that's not possible with this?

can you do a multi threaded hashes? where is spawns threads to compute the data all at once? i mean if you got your streams right it would work
