forget vista (cant upgrade to 10 from vista) pc says slic 2.1 for win 7.. so install 7 and upgrade to 10.
I would like to clean install 10 on pc, I would like to eventually put 10 on all pc's. I would like to change slic or add OEM-DM'
I appreciate your help and you trying to point me to the upgrade. I do not want to upgrade. I want to install win 10 the same way I have been doing vista and 7 for several years. I have installed bios mod for slic 2.1 on several computers in the past now I want to figure out how to do for win 10!
The above is for a clean install. Once you have done the above you will never need to re-generate the ticket. It will be straight install & activate online for the life of the product. Read the thread...
and ticket is good for 30 days if im correct. once upgraded to 1. u can wipe it and reinstall and it auto activates online.. it remembers at ms servers the pc serials of the hardware called HWID.
Again, I thank you for your help, I dont think you are understanding what I want. I know that I can upgrade a computer from win 7-8.1 through the free upgrade offer and I know that I can then reinstall win 10 (ON THAT SAME H/W) from then on and have it activate. That is simply not what I want. I have made a win 7 disc through this project that when installed on ANY pc that has slic 2.1 it will activate. I want the same thing for windows 10. I do not want to install windows 7 on an old pc and then make a ticket and then install win 10.
Well your out of luck because there's no magic bios mod for 10. You would have to use KMS activation instead...
