Device Manager with !.jpg Android Driver.jpg

When my Android tablet is connected with my computer for loading, Windows 8.1 Enterprise creates an unknown device for it; from time to time this causes a BSOD called "Driver_Power_State_Failure".

If I completely uninstall this device, it automatically is created whenever I reconnect my tablet.

As this causes the BSOD, I want to completely disable my tablet to create this Android device. How can I do this?

Uncheck USB Debugging mode under Developer option.
