Before accusing me of 'mad' have you ever read the rule? Did you ever check your Opera browser (opera-mini.net) that uses an USA proxy server, though your profile shows you're from India. Do you need more proof (publicly displaying your ip) with a screenshot? It's a public forum and mind your language. I've been seriously and vehemently criticized for not sticking with the rules in the past.
