Control Panel "Settings"

    Hello

    Is it possible to customized the Control Panel "Settings"
    If possible, remove the "links" like Windows Defender, Windows Update, etc ... that I removed Windows.

    I do not know if it's related to a file or the registry and if possible of customize like the rest of Windows
    Currently, if I click on Windows Defender for example, the 'Settings' window closes immediately
