I have Office 2013 Retail installed. Is it possible to convert installed Office to VL without having to uninstall and then install VL version?

Why after doing this during the installation pops up a message that the file can not be found Ose.exe even though he is in a folder?

setup.xml ... MD5 file ... vl en iso and retail en iso old md5 ose.exe ... retail language iso new md5 file ... delete new ose.exe (language iso) and copy old ose.exe (en iso) ... osetup.dll (bad md5 = old en iso and new language iso) and bad file (with bad md5) also
