Convert Server Essentials 2019 to datacenter or standard?

    Is there a way to convert an in place installation of server essentials 2019 to datacenter or standard? I would like to do this in order to install the office maven's server essentials role, and have backups, web access, etc. Thanks.

    Open an elevated cmd and type:
    Code:
    dism /online /get-targeteditions
    and see what the result is.

    Thanks for the help, and it looks like that might do the trick. How long will this key last, and are there any noticeable consequences for when it expires if it does?

    These are examples of how to convert ISO. We need to convert installed essentials.

    The key is a gVLK, it won't activate without a KMS solution.

    @RobrPatty Finished the 17763.914 Essentials to Standard test, check my previous post:)

    I can't even get target editions. Does it matter whether its VL or retail?
