    Not that I know of. And you essentially wasted that money and purpose if you go that route.

If you have already activated that key on that hardware then it is tied to that hardware, the only way to move it to different hardware is to activate by phone and "explain" that the old motherboard/cpu died (lighting strike is always a good one), they will then activate it on the new hardware as long as it is the same class of hardware (this probably wouldn't work going AMD to Intel, laptop to desktop).

    2. Sure, if you don't mind the fact that you alread paid for the OEM system builder license. Decide which brand you want to use (Acer is an excellent choice) find an ultimate SLP key for that brand in the repository and perform an anytime upgrade using that key, this will upgrade but not activate your copy. After the upgrade run Daz's and activate it, select Acer as the brand to match the SLP key you used.

    Final note, you can use Daz's loader to activate even if you flash your bios to a modded bios, however I recommend just using the loader unless there is a verifed bios mod for your board.
