    best suite ever:

    1)windows key + R
    2)services.msc

    I wonder why download more stuff when windows can already do it.

    i disagree completely, windows mmc is not the best suite ever...

    cause third party software is usually faster, better, friendlier, and more stable than windows utilities will ever be...
