Yes it does come with Core Country Specific and I'm trying to do what they do in another post which I assume is the frankenbuilding only problem is actually downloading the iso file :/
Ok, thank you for all the help so far. I figured it would be much easier to just purchase a new key for pro but since there's already a "key embedded" in the BIOS is that still possible?
