So interesting issue. I have been trying to install Server 2012R2 Standard on one of my servers (Home lab) and I use the Windows 7 USB/DVD tool to create a bootable USB key drive and everytime I try to install it gives me a corrupt install file error. I looked at the bootmgr file and sure as day it has this. I got the images from the server repository. he Windows Boot Manager is incompatible with this system. No physical memory is available at the location required for the Windows Boot Manager. The system can not continue. BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot. The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum. With windows server 2012 use windows 8, i use universal usb installer, bar that redownload the .iso if u got it from a torrent just right click and recheck, it should fit any corruption.
