Unable to install Window 7 updates due to corruption.
My service technician advised me to do a Windows 7 repair install.
My Windows install disk is an upgrade from Vista with a valid license key.
When i try to use the install disk to start repairs,Windows advises that the installed system on the laptop is newer than
what I have on CD and will not let me proceed.
What I require is a valid retail key for Windows 7 home premium if anyone can oblige.
I am entitled to get Windows 10 free for one year only as per Microsoft phone call this morning, so I think that Iwill be sticking to Windows 7.
    Appreciate if anyone can help.
